5:30-6:15pm – Tours in groups of 15-20, first floor and one typical office floor
6:15-8:00pm – Reception in Customer Innovation Center

Parking: There is street parking around the building, and visitor parking in the garage on the first floor. The garage can be accessed from Lake Plaza Drive. Blue pin on map is the front door, the black pin is the garage entrance.
