BIO 

Mattison Grey, M.Ed., is the founder and president of Greystone Guides. She is a certified positive psychology coach, professional business and leadership coach, mental skills consultant, coach trainer, and speaker.

Since 1997, Mattison has been coaching teams and individuals, consulting in organizations on leadership, communication, teamwork, and high performance. She is the co-author of The Motivation Myth and has coached and trained high-level executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, and artists.

Mattison has a knack for “hearing” what is really going on and using that clarity to help people and teams reach their full potential. She provides people with frameworks to better understand themselves and others, teaching how to bring out the best in those around them. A student of curiosity, Mattison is fascinated by the gap between mediocre and masterful performance, the journey from masterful to brilliant. In her 27 years as a performance professional Mattison has figured out the real reasons, people underperform and knows what to do it about it. 

Mattison is a sports junkie , if it’s a sport she has likely played it or watched and probably knows all the rules. A few of her other hobbies include cooking, woodworking, and animal rescue.
