Jana Aviles is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the facilities maintenance industry and hospitality supervision. Having worked closely with facility managers and walked in the shoes of those who manage hospitality operations, Jana has a deep understanding of the challenges property managers face. Whether water, fire, mold, or natural disasters, exceeding customers' needs and getting them back in business is the most rewarding part of Jana's position at Mooring.
