Kylie Ingoe is a Components Liaison at the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), where she supports and connects component leaders across the association's global network. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Kylie began her career as an elementary school educator before transitioning into the association world. She brings a passion for helping others achieve their goals through positivity, clear communication, and a strong commitment to excellence.

The presentation will focus on the wide array of resources and opportunities available through IFMA's chapters, councils, communities, credentials, and conferences.
